2024 Convocation Information to Graduating Students

The Convocation charges to be paid by the graduands for 55th Convocation are as follows:
Diploma Students- 15,000 Naira
Bachelor’s Degrees- 15,000 Naira 
Postgraduate Diplomas, Masters and MPhil- 15,000 Naira
PhD- 65,000 Naira. 

Payment goes to e-payment through Remita
Name of service/purpose:- Convocation ceremony fees

Note: outright payment for Diploma Students, Bachelor’s Degrees, Postgraduate Diplomas, Masters and MPhil is N45,000 Naira

55th Convocation Ceremonies: Opening of Exhibition and Convocation Lecture

The 55th Convocation Ceremonies, which commenced with a Press Conference on Wednesday, January 8, 2025, will continue TODAY, Monday, January 13, 2025, with the following events:
1. The Commissioning of the following projects by the Pro-Chancellor Chief Wole Olanipekun, SAN :
a. The African Centre of Excellence for Drug Research, Herbal Medicine Development and Regulatory Science (ACEDHARS) Building;
b. The new 120 bed-space Moremi Hall extension
c. The new ultra-modern Library Learning Commons, an extension of our library services
Time: 9:00a.m.

2. Opening of Exhibition
* Time: 10:00a.m.
* Venue: Senate Car Park

3. Convocation Lecture
*  Title: Universities as Hubs for Development and Wealth Creation
* Guest Lecturer: Dr. Tayo Aduloju, (CEO of the Nigeria Economic Summit Group (NESG))
* Chairman: His Excellency, Mr. Babatunde Raji Fashola, CON, SAN (former Governor of Lagos State and former Minister of Works and Housing)
*  Time: 12:00p.m.

4. Turning of the Sod for the School of Postgraduate Studies Building
